All orders are fulfilled within 24-48 hrs.

Orders arrive within 3-10 business days directly from our hired outsourced manufacturers, fulfillment centers, or Knew Breed Clothing. Our manufacturers do not own the company. They bring our creations in our store to life and provide a service to our company. 

At Knew Breed Clothing, our designs are individually made just for you.

Jewelry orders ship within 24 hours and arrives within 2-4 business days.

Some orders may ship withing 2-5 business days depending on your order. 90% of our items are made to order to cater to your needs.

Sometimes delays on behalf of the united states post office may occur. If your package is delayed due to the UNITED STATES POST OFFICE, please contact us to make us aware, and contact the post office to give you an update on your package since ins in their custody. Allow an additional 10 business days to receive your package in the mail. Our team, process and ship all orders on time, we never ship out our merchandise late because it is very important to us that customers received their orders as soon as possible.

We ship from different locations worldwide to cater to our business and customer needs. We have multiple manufacturers to cut processing time. They are hand picked for their expertise and what they produce to insure our customers are getting professionally made products. OUR MANUFACTURES DO NO PARTNER WITH OR RUN/OPERATE KNEW BREED CLOTHING.

International orders:
We are proud to ship internationally, yet we are not responsible for customs, taxes, returned /non-claimed packages, or fee's, if any is imposed.. They are the sole responsibility of the buyer. 

International Shipping should take 2-4 weeks to be delivered. However, delays can occur in transit, your order may take up to 6 to 8 weeks to be delivered. These ship times are only estimates and not guaranteed. Depending on what we are shipping, tracking information may not be available for International Shipping.

Tracking numbers are emailed when order is shipped.

Items Returned to sender
If an item was returned to sender due to an error made by the customer, due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, you will have the options to  request a refund for order or have it shipped out again to you. Your order will be refunded minus the original shipping cost when we receive it. If you will like it re-shipped, you are responsible for shipping cost to re-send the package.

If your purchase was made with free shipping, the shipping amount we charge to ship your product will be deducted from your refund.
