Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Made on Demand products:
Items are not returnable due to sizing issues, all garments and shoes that are made to order are true to US standard size. All garments and shoes are printed and made-to-order if an item is not made to order you will see the return policy times in the descriptions, I cannot replace/remake a garment or item that was not ordered in the correct size.

Our products are all custom made to order. This means you choose exactly what you want to purchase and we produce it. We accept returns on orders that do not match the design criteria given to us by you the customer, if there is evidence that we have not provided a product of the standard you expect then returns are negotiable. However, we cannot accept return of non-defective products on the basis of their design, or any other deviation in customer preference since making the order. No items can be returned for refund 14 days after received. And we cannot accept the return of used items.

Photographic prints and products; (totes, shower curtains, duvet covers, phone/iPad covers, rugs, pillow covers, and so on) are custom-made in partnership with an outside company.
Colors may vary slightly due to individual monitor settings.

No items can be returned for refund 14 days after receipt. we cannot accept the return of used items.
We are not responsible for post office issues, but you can contact us and we will try to help you to the best of our ability. 
In any case that we do decide to issue a refund buyer is responsible for shipping cost.
Unfortunately we cannot issue a refund because you have changed your mind for they are custom made items.

. If you send a package to our warehouse, it will not be accepted without prior approval. Your shipping provider will automatically return it back to you as "returned to sender" or /unclaimed package.

Items Returned to sender
If an item was returned to sender due to an error made by the customer, due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, you will have the options to  request a refund for order or have it shipped out again to you. your order will be refunded minus the original shipping cost when we receive it. If you will like it re-shipped, you are responsible for shipping cost to re-send the package.

If your purchase was made with free shipping, the shipping amount we charge to ship your product will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
